By accessing our website or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are booking or accessing Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or Services.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossoming Connections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
5. Bookings and Payments
Bookings for coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, VIP days, digital resources, or other services are confirmed only once payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed on our website or booking pages and may be updated from time to time.
Where instalment plans are offered, clients agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or removal of access to services or materials.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of our coaching, workshops, and educational programmes, the following cancellation terms apply.
Individual Coaching and VIP Days
Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled where possible.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Workshops and Group Programmes
Workshop or programme bookings are generally non-refundable. However:
• If cancelled 14 days or more before the event, a transfer to a future session may be offered where available.
• If cancellation occurs within 14 days, refunds may not be possible unless the place can be filled.
Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, downloads, online courses, and digital tools (including AI tools or GPT services) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
